He also firmly believes rules are extremely important… for other people. Minister himself does not feel restricted by such things. If he wants to sit somewhere forbidden, investigate your food, or launch himself into a situation with zero planning, he considers that executive privilege.

Beneath all the self-importance is a charming, funny, affectionate boy who genuinely enjoys human companionship. He has that perfect mix of confidence, curiosity, and ridiculousness that makes you laugh daily without even trying.
He is the type of cat who acts like he personally manages the household while simultaneously being responsible for at least half the chaos happening inside it. One moment he looks wise and dignified, the next he is making eye contact while doing something he absolutely knows he shouldn’t. He is fine with other cats and dogs, can also live without them…
