Description
Medena is short, a little round, and undeniably charming. She has a very healthy appreciation for food and has clearly enjoyed her meals a bit too much, which has left her overweight. With a balanced diet and gentle, regular exercise, she would benefit greatly from a bit of weight loss, something she is more than capable of achieving with the right guidance and routine. Despite this, she still enjoys being active but not too much, she likes spending time outdoors, feeling the grass beneath her paws, having a short walk, and then happily settling down for affection but she wouldn’t be the dog to choose to go running. She walks well on a lead and generally gets along well with other dogs, particularly male dogs whose company she truly enjoys. With female dogs, she can sometimes show a dominant side, so slow introductions and sensible management would be important. She has not been cat tested yet but this can be done if needed for a potential home. Medena has the heart of a dog who simply wants to belong, to be loved, and to share life quietly alongside her humans. After a bit of outdoor time, she is perfectly happy to curl up next to you for cuddles, enjoying the comfort of being close. Medena doesn’t ask for much: a safe home, structure, mindful feeding (well she doesn’t ask for that but she definitely needs it), and someone willing to love her as deeply as she will love them. She would be a perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal dog to share daily walks, quiet evenings, and all the simple joys in between.
