Description
Meet Marko, an elderly gentleman who missed the memo about slowing down. He is loud, proud, and powered by pure chaos in the best possible way. His purr could double as a small engine, and he’s not shy about announcing his presence, his feelings, or the fact that it is definitely time for attention right now. Despite his senior status, Marko plays like a kitten who just discovered gravity, toys, and joy all at once. He loves long petting sessions, interactive play, and will happily keep you entertained with his nonstop energy and commentary. Marko can be a bit cautious at first and may hide out of sight for a few weeks but once he decides you’re acceptable, he commits fully. Food is the fastest way to his heart, especially wet food, and he bonds quickly with people who understand that snacks are a love language. He would do best as an only cat or with another very high-energy feline who can keep up, because Marko does not believe in personal space or chill, and calmer cats may find him overwhelming. Marko came to rescue life as a stray, and while not much is known about his past, he’s fully up to date medically and generally healthy. He has a slight wobble in his walk, which mostly just adds to his charm and does not stop him from running, jumping, or playing like he’s half his age. He has never lived with dogs and therefore would probably need a very long period of time to become accustomed to them. However he seems comfortable around young children, especially those willing to admire his zoomies and tolerate his very loud purrs. Marko is proof that senior cats can be ridiculous, affectionate, and endlessly fun, and he’s ready to bring noise, play, and personality into the right home.
