She is fully toilet trained and not incontinent, which means she knows when to go outside and can hold it until it’s time. This makes her daily care much easier than many people expect when they hear “handicapped dog.”
Her wheelchair is her freedom. When she’s strapped into it, she’s off like the wind, curious, playful, and energetic.
