Rescued from the streets with a severely injured front leg, she faced a painful start to life. The injury became dangerously infected, and amputation was the only way to save her. Thanks to the kindness of many people who came together for her, Elina received the surgery she needed, and from that moment on, everything changed.
Today, Elina is fully recovered and thriving. She has adapted beautifully to life on three legs, moving around with confidence, ease, and a joyful energy that makes it impossible not to smile. Like many dogs who undergo amputation, she doesn’t see herself as different, she simply gets on with life, enjoying every moment to the fullest. What truly makes Elina special is her personality.
