A couple of months ago, during one of his playful zoomie sessions, he jumped off a bed and suffered a leg fracture. It was a scary moment, but thanks to quick intervention, he received emergency surgery where a plate was successfully inserted to support his healing bone. Today, Buttons has made a full recovery, he walks, runs, and plays like nothing ever happened. The plate will remain in place permanently, but it does not impact his quality of life in the slightest. He is healthy, pain-free, and fully mobile, ready to enjoy the active lifestyle he’s always loved.
As a typical Yorkshire Terrier, Buttons embodies the breed’s most endearing traits. Yorkies are renowned for their big personalities in tiny bodies, and Buttons is no exception. He’s lively, curious, and incredibly social. He thrives on human interaction, loves being the center of attention, and is happiest when he’s included in your daily life.
